Enderman

Neutral Mob
Health Points: 40
Attack Strength: Easy: 4.5
                              Normal: 7
                              Hard: 10.5

Endermen will uncommonly spawn in the Overworld at light levels of 0, in all of its biomes except Mushroom Fields and the Deep Dark. In the Nether, they rarely spawn in soul sand valleys, uncommonly spawn in nether wastes, and most commonly spawn in warped forests. They will also spawn in massive amounts in the End, making them the only mob that spawns in all three dimensions. When killed, an Enderman will drop 0-1 Ender pearls, and 5 experience if they were killed by a player or a tamed wolf.

Endermen will act passive toward the player, until the player looks at them (from a range of up to 64 blocks) or attacks them. When the player looks at an Enderman, it will open its mouth and on Java Edition begin to shake, and will make loud sounds while being stared at. As soon as the player looks away, the Enderman will teleport toward the player to hit them from behind. If it takes damage from water or lava, it will revert back to a neutral state. An Enderman will not be provoked if the player views it through a transparent block or while wearing a carved pumpkin.

Ranged attacks are ineffective against Endermen, as they will teleport when hit by a projectile instead of taking damage. They will also attack any Endermites within 64 blocks away.

Endermen have the unique ability to pick up and move certain blocks. They are not able to pick up blocks from a completely flat area, and the block they are holding will be dropped upon death.
